Once you have started your diet, make sure you keep it going as a lot of people tend to slip away in just about a couple of weeks. You should understand the disadvantage in working out without having proper nutritious food. It will simply wear down your body and you will not be able to achieve the results you want to achieve with your body and in some cases, your body might even get affected severely due to lack of nutrition.
